Sommelier

Gloriously smooth and well balanced with flavors of juicy black cherries, sweet red apples and crisp red peppers.
Winemaker’s Notes: Patience in aging the Dolcetto gives this yummy red blend its incredible nose and good tannins while Syrah and Zinfandel round out the experience for rich flavors and incredible mouth feel.
Pairings: Rosemary crusted, grilled white meats. Seared Ahi. Aged, hard Italian cheeses and warm Gingerbread.

Ode To Spring

A lush, full red rich with aromas of currant, fresh cut tobacco leaves and supple leather with a hint of pepper in a lingering, but gentle finish.
Winemaker’s Notes: A more mature Cabernet Sauvignon blends beautifully with the more mid-bodied Barbera giving this wine a deep, beautiful color and the rich fruity nose.
Pairings: Beef brisket or grilled salmon, medium brown sauces or fresh rhubarb pie.

Dribble Creek Winery Moishe and the Mitzvahs

Dribble Creek Winery: Moishe & The Mitzvahs

Moishe & The Mitzvahs

Very large dried currant, clove and ginger aromas. This red blend is full bodied and tannic, rich with notes of berry, black plums, chocolate and smoke.
Winemaker’s Notes: Not for the faint of heart, this wine was built with fortitude and intention with the educated palette in mind. Cabernet Sauvignon brings structure while Cabernet Franc smoothes out Syrah’s powerful disposition.
Pairings: Grilled steaks, seared Ahi, sharp English cheddars, bittersweet chocolate or an espresso.

Dribble Creek: Heavy Jazz

Heavy Jazz,Merlot Blend

Heavy Jazz,Merlot Blend

Wine Name: Heavy Jazz

Appellation: Arizona

Alcohol Content: 14.32%

Blend: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah

Description: A big, Bordeaux-style red blend supported by Syrah’s awesome show of earthiness rich with black plums, ripe dark cherries and hints of black pepper.

Winemaker’s Notes: A well cared for and gently oaked Syrah, is supported by a Cabernet Sauvignon of equal

prudence. Oak rounds out the overt fruit tones of the two and provides suitable structure for aging. Merlot spends a little less time in neutral oak than its single varietal release just for this blend to lend more luscious plum and cherry.

Pairings: Grilled veal chops with sage, wild mushroom and eggplant filo, Roquefort with hazelnuts or warm rhubarb pie.

Dribble Creek: Power Shoppers

Power Shoppers, Chardonnay Blend

Wine Name: Power Shoppers

Appellation: Arizona

Alcohol Content: 13.26%

Blend: Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc

Description: Fresh, abundant white blend redolent with white peaches and lime peel. Hints of vanilla and caramel on the nose followed by flavors of tropical fruits and soft spice with a clean, refreshing finish.

Winemaker’s Notes: Sauvignon Blanc spends quality time in neutral oak and softens a bit letting Chardonnay be the star. Finished in steel. Excellent structure, incredible flavor and pleasing minerality.

Pairings: Sole with lemon sauce, salty olives with feta cheese, or fig-hazelnut and ricotta crostini.

Dribble Creek: Ladies In Waiting

Ladies In Waiting: Chardonnay Blend

Wine Name: Ladies In Waiting

Appellation: Arizona

Alcohol Content: 13.87%

Blend: Chardonnay, Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc

Description: Sweet pineapple and ripe tree fruit fill the nose. Ample body with flavors of pineapple to mango move deftly across the palate into a sweet- nut finish.

Winemaker’s Notes: Does one grape make a difference? Vermentino skillfully dances with Chardonnay’s citrusy notes and abounding body and Sauvignon Blanc brings the needed structure.

Pairings: Grilled Striped Bass with mango salsa, Malaysian glazed chicken wings or figs stuffed with goat cheese and

soppressata
